All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the conference. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
The official language of the conference is English, and delegates must follow the dress code during committee sessions.
Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. Delegates are expected to arrive on time and actively participate.
Plagiarism in position papers or any conference documents is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in warnings, removal from committee sessions, or disqualification from awards.
By registering for the conference, all participants agree to follow these policies.
